When your alarm is activated, our innovative software technology processes the alarm signal, which enables us to identify you, as well as the precise nature and location of your emergency. Depending on the type of emergency, our central station personnel will then contact the appropriate authorities, being police, fire or medical emergency response teams to your home or business.

PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED CENTRAL STATION PERSONNEL
Central station personnel are extensively trained to handle all types of emergencies. Detailed and comprehensive training is ongoing to ensure unparallel customer service. All telephone calls are automatically recorded for your protection and to ensure quality service.

Our central station utilizes the most advanced technology to ensure the highest standard of service and reliability. State-of-theart computer servers and sophisticated monitoring software identify incoming alarm signals, which assist operators to quickly and efficiently handle your alarm signal, and notify proper responding parties. In addition to receiving alarm signals through the telephone, our central station has the ability to receive alarm signals via long range radio and the Internet.

Two dual redundant computer servers and monitoring software ensure there are no interruptions in the processing of your alarm signals. The telephone switch (PBX) is dual redundant with two power supplies and two central processing units.

AGENCY APPROVAL
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM), the two leading agencies for consumer products and service approve our central station.

To ensure there are no interruptions in the event of a power failure, we have back-up systems in place, including battery operated Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and back-up power generator.

CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE
To link you to your central station, we have added a secure location over the Internet through which you can view your alarm activations on-line, test your alarm system, and generate a variety of alarm reports.
